OpenMethods announces End-of-Life (EOL) of the Media Bar Client.
The milestone events, descriptions, and dates for these affected products are shown below. Customers with active agreements will continue to receive support from OpenMethods in accordance with the End-of-Life (EOL) and product migration milestones outlined below.

End-of-Life (EOL) Announcement Date
| The date the document that announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life of a product is distributed to the general public.

End-of-Support (EOS) Date
| The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. A migration to the GA Version is required.

Product Migration Options
- Customers using the Media Bar Client will be migrated to the Experience Client applicaiton that enhances the automation functionality of the OpenMethods solution while returning the call control function to the CCaaS platform.
- This migration will enable consistent agent experiences and access to future enhancements to the Experience Cloud platform.
- OpenMethods Delivery and Care Teams will work with any impacted customers directly to provide details on migration and assist with migration efforts to the "Experience Client".
- Customers with active Media Bar Client integrations will be migrated, through the help of OpenMethods, to leverage OpenConnect within Experience Client.
