EOL Announcement: Harmony Horizontal Media Bar within Oracle Fusion

 

OpenMethods announces End-of-Life (EOL) of the Harmony Horizontal Media Bar within Oracle B2B aka Fusion. 

The milestone events, descriptions, and dates for these affected products are shown below. Customers with active agreements will continue to receive support from OpenMethods in accordance with the End-of-Life (EOL) and product migration milestones outlined below.

This EOL announcement is relevant for customers using Harmony Media Bar within Oracle Fusion Service commonly labeled as Oracle B2B CRM.

End-of-Life (EOL) Announcement Date

The date the document that announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life of a product is distributed to the general public.

May 4th, 2023

End-of-Support (EOS) Date

The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. A migration to the GA Version is required.

June 1st, 2023**
 

Product Migration Options

Clients using the Horizontal Media Bar will be migrated to the "Live Window" aka “Vertical" Harmony Media Bar. OpenMethods will work with any impact customers directly to provide details on migration and assist with migration efforts to the updated Harmony Media Bar. ℹ️ ** End-of-Support Date

The current End-of-Support dates referenced in the End-of-Life announcement depend on the release of OpenMethods 7.0.  The 7.0 Release is estimated to be available in the Summer of 2023.
