Edit CRM Instance 

  • Select the Edit button next to your CRM instance

User Groups and Users

  • Select User Groups and Users from the Tab bar.


 

CRM User List

From the CRM user list you can:

 

Adding User:

Add users by selecting the Add User button

 

Modify or Delete User:

  • Modify a user by selecting the edit icon by the user_name or Delete the user by selecting the Delete icon.

Total Users:

  • You can see the total users configured in your environment at the bottom of the CRM_Users section.

Queue Adapter Configuration

In the Network Host services list when you click on “Queue Adapter” type Host services it will redirect to the Network host Queue Adapter page.

  1. For new Queue Adapter host services, you can see a “Create Queue Adapter configuration” button [when clicked it will create QA configuration and redirect to the page].
  2. Once created the Configuration button will show as “Open Queue Adapter configuration”. It will redirect to the Configuration page when click.

Settings

  1. Queue Adapter Configuration Information
  2. Queue Adapter Configuration Status - will display the name of each selected value. if not added any instances it will show as “Not Added”, if added but not enabled then it will show as “Not Enabled”.  

 


Common property for all the settings collections
  1. Is Enabled - it's enabled if it is selected.
  2. Target Name - the name of the object, It will add a default name and will not accept duplicate values and spaces. it will not allow editing once added.
  3. Display Name - you can provide a meaningful name to understand the purpose. 
  4. Mandatory fields will be having a red color *

All the validation error messages will be shown below the collections.

Add Processor - when clicking add processor a dropdown box will show with a list of processors available. select the processor which we want to add to the settings options will display below as per the selected processor type.

Chat

  1. In the Chat section, two new fields have been added to support the Open Messaging API integration.
  2. Select the "Use Messaging API for Chat" checkbox.
  3. Enter the Integration ID associated with the Genesys Cloud Open Messaging Platform Id. This allows the Queue Adapter to use the Open Messaging API for submitting chats.
  4. After making any configuration changes, Queue Adapter service restart is required for the updates to take effect.
Caution: If the “Use Messaging API for Chat” is not selected, then Queue Adapter will try to submit chat to legacy API, It may fail in future when Legacy API will become obsolete.

 

Queue Adapter Configuration Status

 

  1. Queue Adapter Configuration Status - will show all the enabled setting collection's names and edit icons on the right side will redirect to the collection to update.  
  2. Export Config -  will download the configuration which will be used from the QueueAdapter application. so that we can make sure all the values are good.
