Explore each section below to understand how your dashboards work and where to find key metrics.

Example Dashboard

Update Schedule

  1. Dashboards update daily at midnight UTC.
  2. All data reflects the most recent sync at that time.

Dashboard Filtering Options


All Dashboard widgets run off the following filter selection (as shown in these example "Last 30 Days")
  1. Yesterday
  2. Last 7 Days
  3. Last 30 Days

Time Saved


Total Savings
  1. Shows total time saved based on PopFlow executions within the selected time frame (e.g., Last 30 Days).
  2. Calculation is static and based on predefined time-savings per execution.
Weekly Breakdown
  1. Displays a week-by-week chart of time saved.

Users



Displays unique CRM users:
  1. Daily Users: Unique users over the past 24 hours
  2. Monthly Users: Unique users for the current month


Total Successful PopFlow Executions



Reports on successful PopFlow activity:
  1. Top 5 PopFlows: Most used PopFlows by name and execution percentage
  2. Monthly Executions: Total PopFlow runs for the selected time range
  3. Weekly Trends: Shows week-over-week comparison if applicable

Total Activity Executions



Tracks activity usage within PopFlows:
  1. Top 5 Activities: Donut chart of top-used actions and their share
  2. Total Executions: Total number of activity runs for the selected time range
  3. Weekly Breakdown: Optional view of weekly execution totals
